The way this company handles customer service is just shameful, with endless back-and-forth emails. They even have the nerve to point fingers at me for what seems like their reps not being able to make calls while working remotely. Plus, they won’t let me change my order details, like the shipping address, over the phone—even though I’ve got my order number and can verify my email and payment method. Apparently, I’m at fault too, just because I don’t get their specific policies. It’s been three days of this email ping-pong just to update my shipping info.

Not impressed with the lack of communication from the office. Customers gotta call them up. It's strange getting emails and texts daily asking about delivery status. However, the delivery guy was super nice and cheerful in the end.

Last November, I got myself the Havana garden set. They set it up for delivery on a Monday since that was the only day I could be around. The delivery guy hit some serious traffic for three hours, driving 240 miles to get to me, but he still showed up with a grin, unpacked everything, and took away all the packaging. Talk about great service! When one of the clips on the table broke, I shot them an email on a Sunday, and they got back to me in just 5 minutes. The replacement part showed up three days later. The quality of the furniture is top-notch, and we've really enjoyed it all summer long. If I could, I'd give them ten stars—super impressed with this company!

Not long ago, we got ourselves a corner couch from the Poole warehouse. We placed our order around 1pm, and by 5pm, it was already at our doorstep. John was super helpful, and the delivery guy was quick and on the ball. It's been 4 weeks since we got the couch, and we're really happy with how comfy and well-made it is. Way better than those long waits for delivery!

Steer clear of this shop. I purchased a sofa, but sadly it wouldn't fit in the elevator. I visited the store and explained that the issue was with the delivery guy. He suggested I carry it up the stairs, but he didn’t help with the removal. After several trips to the store, I requested a return, but they refused and said I could pick a different model or something of equal value. The service was really poor and felt misleading. They have you sign an invoice that includes terms making returns impossible and charges you double for delivery. I recommend everyone to read the fine print before signing and to stay away from this place.

A three-seater, two chairs, two stools, a table, and a storage box. Everything showed up as promised, but just a heads up—they only drop it off at the front of your place on a pallet. There were five boxes all taped together, and they were taller than me! Luckily, my neighbor noticed I was struggling and helped me split and haul the boxes to the backyard. The furniture is top-notch, but the only letdown is that the cushions for the chairs and the sofa don’t really match. Since it’s sold as a suite, I kinda expected them to coordinate.

Awesome delivery experience. The guy was super helpful. The furniture is fantastic. Just one tiny issue. I reckon the base cushions on the fancy chairs could use a bit firmer foam. I've been told to prop up my feet a few times daily, and sadly, after just 20 minutes in those luxury chairs, it feels like you're plopped on wicker. It would’ve been great if they had used thicker or more solid foam. Other than that, I'm really happy.
